Description

Gate Fee: Our $175 gate fee per team is allocated entirely to cover umpire costs, which range from $110 to $140 per game based on age group. For a typical guaranteed three-game schedule, this fee ensures quality officiating and fair play for all teams and families. We also ask for everyone’s continued positive support throughout the games. While we strive for excellence, we’re all human and occasionally make mistakes. We’re committed to providing a great playing experience and will work through every situation to the best of our ability. Thank you for your kindness and courtesy!


Concessions: Our concessions are all about real, quality food! From breakfast tacos and blueberry-stuffed French toast to double smash burgers and fresh asada tacos, we’re serving up chef-driven dishes that go beyond the usual game-day fare. Be sure to save some room and enjoy the delicious options we’re offering! Check out the attached menus for all we have in store! We will be open 30 mins prior to the first game and 30 mins after the last game on each day!

Rain Out Policy: In the event of weather disruptions, updates will be sent via email. Field playability is determined by on-site field maintenance crews. TAC strives to maximize playtime for teams within these guidelines.

· No Games Played: Full refund or credit

· 1 Game Played: Half refund or credit

· 2 Games Played / Seeded: No refund, no credit; awards are given based on seeding

· 6U-8U: 1:15

· 9U-12U: 1:30

· 13U-14U: 1:30 Pool Play games 1:40 Bracket Games

Baseballs: The Athletic Club provides two game balls per event. Umpires will manage ball rotation.

Metal Cleats: Metal cleats are not permitted on portable mounds.

Specific Pitch Limit Rules:

  • A pitcher can finish the day with more than 30 pitches but cannot start a new batter once they exceed the 30-pitch limit.
  • It is the coach’s responsibility to confirm with the umpire that the pitcher was marked as “Frozen” or hit the “Threshold” at or before the start of the final at-bat.
  • The terms “Frozen” or “Threshold” refer to the points where the pitcher has reached a certain number of pitches but is allowed to complete the current batter without starting a new one.
  • After the game, the coach must confirm with the umpire that the rules were followed properly regarding pitch count and eligibility for future games.
