All payments are due Monday the week of the event.

Rain Out Policy: In the event of weather disruptions, updates will be sent via email. Field playability is determined by on-site field maintenance crews. 

· No Games Played: Full refund or credit

· 1 Game Played: Half refund or credit

· 2 Games Played / Seeded: No refund, no credit; awards are given based on seeding
