- 8U - 13U Division will be at All Sports Park or Canyon Lake Sports Complex
- 14U Divisions will be on High School Regulation fields, and will be divided up in to brackets on Sunday depending on how many teams
- Every Event is a Texas WS Qualifier, All teams must play at least 2 events to qualify for the Texas WS
- WINNER GETS 50 % BIRTH TO BRANSON WS @ BALL PARKS OF AMERICA
Tournament Umpire Fees and Time Limits
- Tournament is a 3 GG
- Time Limits Per Age:
- 8U: Hour and 10 minutes
- 9U/10U: Hour and 30 minutes
- 11U/12U: Hour and 30 Minutes
- 13U/14U: Hour and 40 Minutes
- Pay umps at plate
- 8u- 45.00 (each team)
- 9u-12u - 55.00
- 13u-14u - 65.00

Tournament Information and Format
There is a $10 gate fee per day, for 6 Years Old and Up
Adults and children over 6 years of age will be 10.00 per day
Children under 6 Years of age are Free
3 coaches bands per team will be receive free admission - Additional Coaches -10.00 per Coach
8U: 2 Pool Games, Sunday Single elimination All Teams
9U: 2 Pool Games, Sunday Single elimination All Teams
10U: 2 Pool games, Sunday Depending on number of teams, Sunday schedule may be split up
11U: 2 Pool games, Sunday Depending on number of teams, Sunday schedule may be split up
12U: 2 Pool games, Sunday Depending on number of teams, Sunday schedule may be split up
13U: 2 Pool games, Sunday Depending on number of teams, Sunday schedule may be split up
