**Some games will be played on Friday (May 22) evening and Monday (May 25) is reserved as a Rain Date**

2026 Tournament Format:

7u - 14u divisions. 3 game guarantee.

2026 Tournament Fees:

7u - 8u (coach pitch): $499 (plus a sanctioning fee if not part of COYBL)

9u - 10u: $629 (plus a sanctioning fee if not part of COYBL)

11u - 12u $649 (plus a sanctioning fee if not part of COYBL)

13u - 14u: $679 (plus a sanctioning fee if not part of COYBL)

THIS IS A FIVE-TOOL YOUTH BASEBALL SANCTIONED EVENT.  ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SANCTIONING FEE OF $89.99 PER TEAM UNLESS THEY ARE PART OF COYBL.  THIS FEE IS GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR AND COVERS ALL FIVE-TOOL YOUTH BASEBALL-SANCTIONED EVENTS.

All payments are due no later than March 1, 2026.  

Proof of Insurance is required to be attached prior to March 31, 2026.  

There are no refunds after March 1, 2026, unless a replacement team is found.

There are two pool play games with all teams then seeded for bracket play.  There is one bracket for age groups with less than 16 teams.  There is a Gold and Silver Bracket for age groups with 16 or more teams.

This is a stay-to-play tournament. If you live outside of 75 miles, you are required to stay in an approved hotel.
