3 game guarantee with 2 pool games on Saturday and single elimination bracket on Sunday. Double elimination brackets will be scheduled (giving a 4 game guarantee to teams) should field availability allow. In double elimination brackets, prior to the "no loss" semifinal game, the coaches will be asked if they desire an IF game or not should a no-loss team be defeated in the championship. Should coaches not agree, a coin will be flipped with the winner choosing the path. 

Full concession will be open both days including pulled pork quesadillas/nachos, sausage on a stick, brisket mac-n-cheese, smoked baked potatoes, and more!!

Pay-at-the-plate event - $45 per game for 6U/7U/8U. $55 per game for 9U and up

Gate fee is per day. $10 for adults ages 13 and up, $5 for kids ages 5 to 12, $5 Seniors 60+, under 5 years of age are free. Veterans (with valid ID) are always free!!

4 batting cages on site used on a first come - first serve basis

No metal spikes or sidewalk chalk allowed anywhere in the park

2 game balls will be provided per game. Baden 3B-PPRO baseballs. 

Gameball boxes of 1 dozen will be available for purchase as well if you need 

An MVP will be awarded following each game. The MVP will be given an award and a registration form for the end of year all-star game in December!!

RULES

6U division - Modified Tball. 3 pitches followed by 2 swings off the tee (if needed)

6U/7U/8U coach pitch divisions - Time will be called when the lead runner has been stopped. Ball back to the pitcher does not stop the play. Throwing behind the lead runner will be viewed as a live play and runners can advance

Headfirst slides are legal at any bag

Pickoff attempt to 3rd (disengagement) and the 3rd to 1st pickoff attempt follow current HS baseball rules and are legal

Bats must have approved USSSA stamp and not be on the banned bat list on the Five Tool website. Black Emerald bats are not allowed at this time

Gametimes

6U - 8U coach pitch = 1 hour 10 minutes

8U kid pitch = 1 hour 20 minutes

9U - 12U = 1 hour 30 minutes

In pool play, a new inning will not start with less than 5 minutes left. On bracket day, the full time will be played

Utilized on 8U kid pitch and up divisions. 30 pitches on Saturday to be able to pitch on Sunday. Finish the batter implemented

For ages 8U/9U/10U - max 75 for the weekend (30 Saturday, 45 Sunday - Or 75 max on a given day)

For ages 11U/12U - max 85 for the weekend (30 Saturday, 55 Sunday - or 85 max on a given day)

There is a VTool rep at each kid pitch field to help coaches track/maintain pitch counts throughout the weekend. USE THEM!

Penalty for over-pitching a player - Ejection of head coach and immediate removal of pitcher from the mound (player can stay in the game)

Weather Related Items

- All weather updates will be sent to the coach's group chat as well as to the tourney site homepage

- Should 2 full innings not be completed at time of delay, and if game is re-scheduled for the next day, the game will be restarted entirely. No additional PAP fees will be due for this game. Should the game be resumed on the same day following a delay, the game will resume where it left off prior to the delay

- Entry fee refunds are as follows:

1 game played - 50% refund

2 games played - 0% refund

- Refunds of spectator gate entry fees will not be provided at any time should a weather event occur
