FIVE TOOL ALWAYS OFFERS CLASS PLAY AT THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

*  4 GAME FORMAT  * 

** As always, if your team was scheduled to play in events in order to meet the requirement to participate that were canceled for ANY reason, those events will still count toward the requirement to participate. As this was no fault of your own. **

All teams will play at least one game on Thursday! ALL teams must be ready to play Thursday at 8am

Rosters are frozen to any changes/additions, deletions and or updates after – Tuesday, June 13th 9:00 pm. Do not try to add players at check in.

If your player’s birth certificates have been uploaded and approved on line at www.fivetoolyouth.org you do not need to show them at team check in. Approved players will have a check mark next to their name on the official team roster form. (Do not upload birth certificates the week of the event)

Players do NOT need to be present at check in.

A manager or team representative is waiving all rights to protest and or question tournament officials if they do not check in or attend the manager meeting. We will not be responsible for a team and its coaches if they mis-understand or mis-interpret a rule and are in violation of any rule that penalizes their team or a player.

Official Schedules will be available online at www.fivetoolyouth.org no later than Sunday, June 11th by 6:00 pm.

1st and 2nd Team/Individual Trophies

Limited entries due to the 4 game format

2 Umpires for all seed/bracket play, 3 umpires for Semi-Finals & Championship Games
